We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders from Nini Patsatsia Footwear.
Each pair is carefully handcrafted and shipped with great attention to detail to ensure a smooth and elegant delivery experience — whether your order is made-to-order or ready to ship.

1. Processing Time

• Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items:
  Every pair is individually handcrafted for you. Production time typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume.
  You will receive an email notification when your order enters production and again once it ships.
• In-Stock Items:
  Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped worldwide from our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, via our trusted logistics partner Aramex.
Aramex ensures reliable, trackable, and timely delivery to your destination.

3. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped from Georgia to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and a small customs clearance fee charged by the local courier or customs office.
Because Georgia has a preferential trade agreement with the EU, items shipped with an EUR.1 Certificate of Origin qualify for 0% customs duty.
Please note that VAT and clearance fees are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, any return shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct Aramex tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@patsatsia.com.
Our team will promptly coordinate with Aramex to resolve the issue.
