    Where are your shoes made?

    All Nini Patsatsia Footwear pieces are handcrafted in our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, using premium materials and artisanal techniques.

    Do you offer worldwide shipping?

    Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, delivered via our trusted partner Aramex.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    • Made-to-Order & Pre-Order: 2–3 weeks for production + delivery time.
    • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2–4 business days.

    Delivery time depends on your location (usually 3–14 business days).

    Will I have to pay customs fees or VAT?

    Orders shipped from Georgia to the EU may be subject to import VAT and a small customs clearance fee charged by local customs or the courier.

    With an EUR.1 Certificate, your order qualifies for 0% customs duty when entering the EU.
    VAT and clearance fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

    Can I return or exchange my order?
    • Made-to-order and pre-order items: Final sale, non-returnable.
    • In-stock items: May be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
    • Exchanges depend on availability. If unavailable, we issue store credit.

    How do I request a return or exchange?

    Please contact us at info@patsatsia.com with your order number and reason for return.
    We will guide you through the process.

    Who covers return shipping?

    Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    What if my item arrives damaged?

    If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 3 days with photos.
    We will arrange repair, replacement, or store credit at no cost.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders for made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
    In-stock orders may only be canceled before shipping.

    Do you offer half sizes or custom sizing?

    Our standard sizing follows European sizes.
    If you are between sizes or unsure, email us — we will advise you individually based on fit and model.

    What materials do you use?

    We use high-quality leather, wood, epoxy, and carefully selected components.
    Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural materials and handcraftsmanship.

    How do I care for my shoes?

    Avoid moisture, prolonged sun exposure, and rough surfaces.
    Store your shoes in the provided dust bag and use heel protectors when possible.

    Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

    Yes — you may request gift packaging or a personalized note during checkout or by emailing us right after placing your order.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major international cards and secure online payments.
    All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems; we do not store card details.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking link.
