All shoes are handcrafted in small batches. Some styles are offered as made-to-order or pre-order, which means production begins only after your order is confirmed.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen differences and artisanal craftsmanship.

Product availability is not guaranteed.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

We do not process or store bank card information on our servers.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping via Aramex.
Processing times and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may vary based on location and customs procedures.

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

International customers may be required to pay import VAT and customs clearance fees.
These charges are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Orders shipped with an EUR.1 Certificate of Origin qualify for 0% customs duty when entering the European Union.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders.
Made-to-order and pre-order items are final sale.
In-stock items may be returned within 7 days under specific conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
