Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders via Aramex.
Your pair will be safely packed in our signature packaging, including dust bags and protective materials.

Delivery Times

  • Made-to-order pairs: Handcrafted within 2–3 weeks, then shipped.
  • In-stock items: Ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Duties & Import Taxes (EU customers)

Orders shipped from Georgia to the EU may be subject to:

  • Import VAT (applied by your country at delivery)
  • Small clearance/handling fee (€10–25)

Because Georgia has a preferential trade agreement with the EU, your order includes an EUR.1 Certificate — meaning 0% customs duty.

VAT and clearance fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Duties for Other Countries

Outside the EU, import taxes vary by country and are determined by local customs.
We do not control or pre-calculate these charges.

Return & Exchange

Made-to-Order Items

This item may be made-to-order depending on stock availability.
Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins, as each pair is handcrafted exclusively for you.

In-Stock Items

If your item is in stock, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The shoes are unused, unmarked, and unworn
  • All original packaging is included (dust bags, heel protectors, box)
  • No sole marks, creasing, or signs of wear are present

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the desired size or model is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Return Shipping Costs

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
Store credit is also available upon request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos.
We will repair, replace, or credit your order at no cost.
